The training and development department in our company is specialized in holding specialized training courses in various fields, whether inside or outside Iraq. The goal of the training department in our company is for the purpose of introducing local cadres to the latest developments in the field of technology and industry. The training department has contributed to our company and since the establishment of the company In 2005, the local cadres were supplied with various technologies, which greatly contributed to raising the number of engineering, technical and administrative cadres of the parties that dealt with us. The training department relies on two formulas in the process of completing the training, and the choice of any of the two formulas depends on the nature of the training course and the desire of the party requesting the training. Either the training takes place outside the country in the laboratories of the manufacturers, and this type of training is often done with the implementation of contracts for large projects that require discussions Technical before and during the implementation of the project. As for the second type of training, it is carried out on-site, i.e. in the same place as the party requesting the training.
